This Privacy Policy has been prepared by Özsu Balık Üretim A.Ş. (“Özsu Balık”) in accordance with the 10th article titled “Data Controller’s Obligation to Inform” and the 11th article titled “Rights of the Data Subject” within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and other legislation (“KVKK”) regarding the processing of personal data.   • Your personal data is shared with Microsoft Corporation, a company based in the United States, which provides communication services through server and cloud services and the corporate workplace email address.

  • Özsu Balık is obliged to take all kinds of physical, technical, and administrative measures to ensure an adequate level of security to prevent the unlawful processing of your personal data, unauthorized access to your personal data, and to ensure the preservation of your personal data. The personal data processed through https://www.ozsubalik.com.tr/ website is stored for the periods specified in the relevant legislation and/or for the duration required by the processing purpose. After the end of this period, personal data is destroyed in accordance with the Regulation on Deletion, Destruction, or Anonymization of Personal Data.
